HOW TO USE1. Twist cap and dab the cushion tip into the cap for creamy powder intensity. 2. Apply shade on the crease and blend in from the outer corners of the eyes inwards to achieve “V” shape. 3. Use the tip to add shimmery highlight to the inner corner and lower lash line to create the appearance of brighter eyes. |
