How long do we take to refund your order?

We will refund your order within 7 working days including the evaluation of the return item(s).

For bank transfer payment, please provide us your bank account information for us to proceed the refund.

For credit and debit cards, the refund will be reflected in your credit card statements. Please note that the period of refund and reflect your credit card statements will depend on the bank.

Yes, you can! You can come down to our main office at 38 Jalan Piminpin #05-11 Singapore 577178. It’s a 5 minutes walk away from Marymount MRT

We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order via our delivery service partners.

After your parcel is picked up by our delivery service partner, the time taken for your parcel to reach you depends on the mode of delivery you chose. The tracking information will be available in your order. Please refer to the table below for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

Singapore:

Qxpress courier – within 2 days – $5.50 (Free delivery above $50)

QX Quick courier – 1 day – $9.90

Malaysia:

DHL Standard Packet Plus – 7-10 days – RM12.80 (Subsidized rate) (Free delivery above $50)

The rest of other countries:

Different rates apply. The calculation is available during checkout and average delivering receiving about 1-2 weeks.
